On 04/26/14, the CBP system that transmits bill matches for ISF submissions was disrupted and bill matches did not appropriately transmit to trade participants. CBP was notified of the issue and the service was restarted on 04/30/14. Subsequently, CBP determined that numerous ISF submissions in the queue during the disruption continued to encounter problems and did not receive bill matches. The subsequent issue is currently being worked on and it is anticipated to be caught up by the end of the day on 05/02/14. Starting on 05/03/14 you still have an ISF that was filed and should have received a bill match, please contact your assigned Client Representative.
