The new ACE entry summary validations (ESV) for Deployment D (which includes informal restrictions, taxes, other fees, and charges restrictions) have been deployed to the ACE Certification environment and may now be tested.
The ACE ABI CATAIR documents which include information concerning Deployment D entry summary validations will be posted to CBP.GOV in the near future and will be announced in a separate CSMS.
In addition, with Deployment D, filers may test ACE entry summary (AE) transactions in the ACE Certification environment with the new raspberry fee (class code 057) or with the raspberry fee exemption.
In order to claim an exemption of the raspberry fee, report the certificate number/organic exemption number in the AE 52-record, positions 5-14 (License/Certificate/Permit Number) and the LPC type code of 23 in the 52-record, positions 3-4 (License/Certificate/Permit Type Code).
