The new ACE entry summary validations (ESV) for Deployment D (which includes entry summary validations for informal restrictions, taxes, other fees, and charges restrictions) are scheduled for deployment to ACE Production on 7/12/14.
Draft ACE ABI CATAIR Documents for the Deployment D have been posted on the CBP website at:

The documents have been revised as follows:
ACE ABI CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update Chapter - Revised to include: clarification of the Fee Exempt Code and entry summary filing usage notes s and v for LPC Reporting and Article Charges, respectively.
ACE ABI CATAIR Error Dictionary - Revised to include the 19 new ESV conditions for Deployment D.
ACE ABI CATAIR Appendix G - Revised to include the 19 new ESV conditions for Deployment D.
ACS to ACE Condition Cross Reference - Revised to include the 19 new ESV conditions for Deployment D.
Please remember that these validations will be deployed to ACE production on 7/12/14.
