The system issues reported in CSMS #15-000033 have been resolved, however filers may experience a delay in receiving a FDA response to an entry while a backlog is cleared. If you filed the entry before 02:00 pm EST January 16, 2015 and have not received a response from FDA please contact your assigned ABI Client Rep to assist with resolving the issue.
