The Food And Drug Administration will be deleting the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research product code below due to duplication. This product code will be deleted effective 2/23/2015, and the use of this code after that date will result in a data transmission error. The original code for Carbidopa (Inhibitor (Decarboxylase)) 64U[][]01, will be end-dated and has been replaced with code 64U[][]03 which is available for use immediately.
