The ACE Daily Statements (PF application) was deployed into the ACE-CERTIFICATION environment on May 10, 2015. This functionality is now ready for Trade testing.
Trade Participant Testing Plan for ACE Daily Statements:
Trade participants can begin to transmit test ACE Entry Summaries (AE) designated for statement processing into the ACE Certification environment.
A Preliminary Daily Statement (PF) will be created on the statement print date designated within the test entry summaries.
The Trade participant should compare the ACE Daily Statement data with the associated AE data and report inconsistencies to their assigned client representative for further research.
Participants should test the revised ACE Statement Request/Reroute (MO) application for the ACE Daily Statements generated from ACE Certification.
The ACE Statement Payment Authorization (PN application) will not be tested within ACE Certification.
In the absence of payment data, the final ACE Daily Statements will not be generated for the test preliminary ACE Daily Statements.
The ACE-Statement Update (SU) capability will be available for testing in the near future. Participants are encouraged to transmit the ACE Statement Update (SU) for ACE test AEs and generated ACE Daily statements when available. A CSMS message will be sent providing the start date for testing this functionality.
Trade participants can test the new ACE Statement functionality until deployment into the ACE Production environment scheduled for January 2016.
