On May 12th U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted on cbp.gov the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set Implementation Guidelines (IGs) for the PGAs and associated forms that must be electronically submitted to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) at the time of entry or entry summary by November 1, 2015. The below PGA Message Set IGs have been reviewed by the Trade/PGA Working Groups and are posted on cbp.gov as “Ready for Coding”. As revisions are required, updated versions will be posted on cbp.gov and a CSMS announcement will be issued clarifying the updates.
