For truck carriers using the ACE Portal to file a manifest, the manifest should be filed with the in-transit indicator set to "No". The functionality has not been used in the past and therefore, if you previously indicated "Yes" on the manifest, it had no impact. CBP will be leveraging the in-transit manifest indicator for future capabilities and now needs it to be set to "No" in order to file the manifest. As long as the indicator is set to "No", this will not limit any functionality for filing a manifest including manifests with an in-bond.
