U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) invites you to take the 2015 Trade ACE User Satisfaction Survey. We want feedback on your overall satisfaction with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and newly deployed capabilities. Your feedback will provide valuable insight into the operational benefits of ACE, and help identify areas that need improvement. Please provide additional comments that explain your responses, if applicable. Your responses allow CBP to identify areas of success and areas for improvement. It also helps CBP prioritize development efforts and improve communications with ACE users.

All comments are welcome and appreciated. Your participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Survey closes at midnight on November 16, 2015.

WHAT’S NEW?

In addition to overall user satisfaction questions, this survey seeks your input on satisfaction level with ACE's newly deployed capabilities. It also includes questions to estimate time and monetary savings with ACE electronic bonds.

The survey includes questions on your awareness of the transition period for the mandatory use date for ACE filings, whether you are adequately informed about ACE, and if you know where to find training materials.
