Please be advised that there is an ACE CERTIFICATION deployment on Monday evening, February 29, 2016, starting at 1800 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 15 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.
To be deployed:
• PGAD-9809 BUG- Entries incorrectly rejecting for NHTSA Data.
NHT, REI filing:
(1) Provided 946 and 2A in PG22 which are valid for REI, yet receiving REJECT for PL0 error, which should be a warning.
• PGAD-9204 BUG - PGA Message Set Validation P80 error: Certain US & EU LPCO issuer location codes not correctly identified/mapped.
SPEC_P80: INVALID LPCO ISSUER LOCATION CODE
1) US Territory MP (Northern Mariana Islands) is not mapped consistently as US "State" as are other US territories such as (Puerto Rico). MP generated the P80 error when it should not. NOTE: PR (Puerto Rico) is mapped as a U.S. "State" and does not generate the P80 error.
2) EU Countries are not fully mapped as such. For example, countries FR (France) and IT (Italy) erroneously generated a P80 error.
• PGAD-9802 BUG- Duplicate HTS# Reject even though trade did not submit a duplicate HTS#.
SE transactions (not certified from summary) where Trade sent in one SE60 followed immediately by another SE60 (common business scenario) caused PGA to send the second HTS number twice to SE. SE then rejected the entry due to 'DUPLICATE HTS NUMBER ENCOUNTERED' error.
