Please be advised that there is an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, starting at 0600 ET.
The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 to 60 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

• PGAD-9204 BUG - PGA Message Set Validation P80 error: Certain US & EU LPCO issuer location codes not correctly identified/mapped.
SPEC_P80: INVALID LPCO ISSUER LOCATION CODE
1) US Territory MP (Northern Mariana Islands) is not mapped consistently as US "State" as are other US territories such as (Puerto Rico). MP fires the P80 error when it should not. NOTE: PR (Puerto Rico) is mapped as a U.S. "State" and does not fire the P80 error.
2) EU Countries are not fully mapped as such. For example, 2 test countries FR (France) and IT (Italy) fired the P80 Error when they should not have fired. No additional EU countries were tested beyond the sample two.
• PGAD-9802 BUG- Duplicate HTS# Reject even though trade did not submit a duplicate HTS#.
SE transactions (not certified from summary) where Trade sent in one SE60 followed immediately by another SE60 (common business scenario) caused PGA to send the second HTS number twice to SE. SE then rejected the entry due to 'DUPLICATE HTS NUMBER ENCOUNTERED' error.
Quota processing

• Fixes to the Entry Summary Quota validation service that allows validation of Entry Summaries against quota master data.
• Updates to CBP / USDA Quota Allocation and Decrement processing.
• Fixes to the Quota UI that allows users to view and manage Quota/ USDA Licenses (View/Add/Edit/Delete).
