The backlog of ACE Cargo Release Status Notifications (SO) that were delayed earlier today (Tuesday, March 29, 2016, approximately 12-2pm) completed processing and CSMS 16-000246 was issued indicating the issue was resolved. Trade continued to report incidents of SO messages not being received.
Upon further investigation, CBP found that some SO messages were not properly queued to be sent to the filers. These messages were identified and are being queued to be sent to the filers. CBP expects all processing to be completed by 9pm ET.
