The Food And Drug Administration will be deleting the following CDRH product codes below due to duplication. The correct code to use moving forward is listed beneath the code that will be deleted. These product codes will be deleted effective 4/25/2016, and the use of these codes after that date will result in a data transmission error. If transmission errors are not rejected by ACS or ACE the filers will have to cancel and retransmit with the correct code. The correct codes to use are also listed below which are available for use immediately.
