Currently in the ACE Cargo Release CATAIR, the Planned Port of Entry description in the SE10 record states that it is required if PGA data is reported in the filing. CBP will deploy code to enforce this edit in the Certification environment on 4/19/16 and in the Production environment on 5/3/16. The ACE Cargo Release CATAIR can be found in the Chapters tab.
