Please be advised that CBP is experiencing intermittent issues transmitting the PGA data to FDA for ACE Cargo Release entries. This is causing processing problems for the FDA responses back to CBP. The ACE technical team issue is in the process of identifying the issue. A CSMS message will be issued when the issue is resolved with instructions on how to resolve affected entries.
