Title:ACE Processing Issues

Below are three issues identified by CBP regarding processing in ACE.

1. On Sunday, April 10, 2016, from approximately 0100 until 1539 ET, two servers were not processing FDA responses, resulting in the Trade not receiving confirmation numbers for shipments. The backlog of messages was cleared by 1602 ET.

2. From April 12, 2016 2317 ET until April 13, 2016 0641 ET, trade filers encountered VPN issues. DHS OneNet identified and resolved an issue. CBP Middleware reset several trade partner connections to restore access.

3. Throughout the day on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 trade has continuously reported slow responses for ACE Cargo Release (SO) Notifications. Processing enhancements will be deployed on Thursday morning that will address many of these delays.
