Please be advised that there will be an ACE CERTIFICATION deployment on Thursday morning, April 14, 2016, starting at 0700 ET.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

To be deployed:

• Ticket 2391025/CES-3842: Accept any duty amount for an embroidered article (HTS 5810.91, 5810.92, 5810.99) in an ES filing.
Informational condition code 628 (DUTY ACCEPTED; COMPLEX LINE) shall be generated for any ES line where the first HTS number is 5810.91, 5810.92, or 5810.93. The line shall be accepted with any duty amount.

• Ticket 2511111/CES-4255: AX messages returning A-rec with leading zeroes in User data field.
On the AE A-rec positions 60-80 are a free form text field. The filer can put whatever they want in this field. Some filers use this field for notes about the entry summary being submitted. If there are a certain number of characters in this field on the submitted AE the EDI service is padding the field on the AX with leading zeroes to fill out the full 20 characters.

• CES-3905: AX displays HTS code from different entry summaries
This pertains to batch entry summary submissions where there is more than one 10-rec in the B/Y block. When PGA errors were returned to the Entry Summary process, the EDI service generated an AX where the lines showed the HTS number from a different line (i.e. the HTS from line 1 displayed on line 2 as well).

• CES-4240: Incorrect E1 message on AX showing E90 ACE SYSTEM FAILURE (ASF).
This pertains to batch submissions where there is more than one 10-rec in the B/Y block. When there was an ASF from PGA returned to the Entry Summary service on the AX, the ASF was listed on all lines of the batch. If there is a batch of 100 entries and one has an ASF, the AX showed ASF for all the summaries. The final status was correct (summary added or rejected) but the error messages displayed were not.
