U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has updated an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Partner Government Agency (PGA) CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) chapter and appendix posted on CBP.gov. The updated ACE PGA CATAIR chapter and appendix include:
• Stand-alone filing for PGA data (PE/PX) – The PE/PX document was updated with minor edits for clarification.
(A) Updated Input paragraph by removing the word ‘mandatory’ in first sentence.
(B) Updated Note 1 adding reference on cancelling all PNC numbers.

• Appendix PGA - This appendix was updated to remove extraneous ‘notes’ from the ATF-AT1 Weapon Category Codes List (PG10 Category Codes).
