Please be advised that there will be an ACE CERTIFICATION Entry Summary deployment on Thursday morning, June 23, 2016, starting at 0700 ET.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, and will impact ACE Cargo Release and ACE Entry Summary processing.

To be deployed:

Batch/Block Validations
----------------------------
• Ticket 2723920/CES-5129: fix for some of the INVALID PROFILE errors received when processing SEs.
• ESV-3483: Support new RM application ID code (ACE Debit / Credit Payment Authorization transaction) in ABI Validations.

Entry Summary Validations (ESV)
--------------------------------
• Initial deployment to CERT of the License, Permits, Certificates and Visas (LPC) Validation service.
• CES-4243: Accept any Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) amount for an article when the first two HTS numbers are BOTH in chapter 98.
• Ticket 2477546/CES-4256: MPF should be accepted when there are three HTS numbers on the line. System was returning error "632-FORMAL MPF NOT ALLOWED - ARTICLE EXEMPT".
• Ticket 2537928/CES-4729: Modify CO/CE (Country of Origin, Country of Export) Pairings for Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Match.
If an Importer makes a GSP (SP Code = A) claim in an ES line, BOTH the C/O and C/E must be GSP countries. In addition, if the C/O and C/E are different, then both the C/O and C/E must ALSO be members of a subgroup. It has been identified by OT policy that two of the existing sub-groups (ASEAN and CARICOM) need to have additional countries added to include former/now expired countries for the purpose of this GSP validation. Instead of simply adding the additional countries to the existing groups, two additional groups have been defined. A new ASEAN-ALL group has been added which includes all the ASEAN group countries + Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. A new CARICOM-ALL group has been added which includes all the CARICOM group countries + Bahamas.

EDI
----
• Ticket 2674589/CES-4964: System did not return the AX with ‘non-standard data found’ (AX will now return message when non-standard data, like a carriage return, is found in the input data)
• CES-5139: Backing out logic for CES-3007 (Duty/Revenue Free summaries that are single pay should go into CBP control immediately) from Production (CES-3007 was deployed to Prod in error. CBP Control will now only be triggered by ACS.)
• CES-5057: Allow Reconciliation in Entry Summary Validations in CERT (In CERT an importer will be allowed to flag an entry summary for reconciliation)

Reconciliation
-----------------
Deploying additional Recon validations required for CERT testing.

ACE Cargo Release will also deploy the following on Thursday, June 23, 2016:
-----------------
• Entry Cancellations
 Update to allow Delete transactions from Trade if Entry Summary is in cancelled status
