On July 15, 2016 from 02:00 to 04:00 eastern, Ocean, Rail, Air, and Truck bills were not completely processed within the Automated Manifest System (AMS).
This has negatively affected postings to the bill and postings such as 1C, 3Z, 1J, etc. remain in a Pending Message status. The issue is being reviewed.
If you transmitted AMS data on 15, July 2016 from 02:00 to 04:00, and you are not seeing entry, in-bond or ISF postings, please transmit an amendment to the affected bill in AMS.
