On July 23, 2016, the final transition from ACS to ACE will occur for cargo release and entry summary transactions.
CBP will also implement validations in ACS to reject certain transactions at the times specified below:
7/23/16 0400ET - Entry Summary (EI) functions will reject and refer users to ACE
7/23/16 0400ET - Quota Query (UI/UR) functions will reject and refer users to ACE
7/23/16 2130ET - Cargo Release (HI/HN) functions will reject and refer users to ACE
Note that ACE will be available throughout the day for the majority of transactions, but any functionality associated with the Quota transition will not be available in ACE until CBP resumes processing in ACE after the maintenance outage on July 24, 2016 0400 hours.
