U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has established the following plan for Statements in preparation for the October 29, 2016 deployment. Questions can be directed to Celestine Harrell at Celestine.Harrell@dhs.gov.
- All Statements functionality will occur in ACE beginning post-data conversion completion, on Monday, 10/31.
- Effective Saturday, 10/29, statement updates are required to be submitted via SU instead of HP.
- CBP will hold all SU transmissions in a queue and update ACE on Monday, 10/31.
- All Final Daily Statements (regular and periodic) will run early Sunday morning, 10/30.
- ACE will run Preliminary Daily Statements Monday morning, 10/31.
- If a Preliminary Daily Statement was issued by ACS, but the Final Daily Statement has not gone out by Monday, 10/31, the Final Daily will come out of ACE.
- QN/PN done on Friday, 10/28, a Final will come from ACS on Sunday, 10/30, available for Trade on Monday, 10/31.
- All ACS Statements will be converted into ACE, maintaining the ACS Statement number.
- CBP will maintain the Statement reroute functionality for a limited timeframe.

PN/PZ – PMS Payment Authorization – Turn off – Friday 10/28, 11:59 PM EST
QN/QS – Daily Payment Authorization – Turn off – Friday 10/28, 11:59 PM EST
SU/SQ – Update Statement – Turn on – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
RM/ – Payment Authorization – Turn on – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
QR – Daily Statement – Turn off – Sunday, 10/30, early morning
PF – Daily Statement – Turn on – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
MS – Monthly Statement – Turn off – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
MS – Monthly Statement – Turn on – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
MO – Statement Reroute – Turn Off – Saturday, 10/29 deployment
MO – Statement Reroute – Turn on – Monday, 10/31, 1:00 AM EST
