Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Thursday morning, April 6, 2017, from 0500 - 0700 ET, which will impact ACE Cargo Release, ACE Entry Summary and eBond processing: application ID's AE (entry summary), CQ (ACE Cargo/Manifest/Entry Release Query), SE (Cargo Release), CB (Create/Update eBonds).

• PGAD-14755- Resolve issue where PU2 error did not get generated when PGA data was not provided on a flagged HTS.
• PGAD-14824- Resolve E90 ASF (ACE System Failure) error caused by FDA rules related to FDA DRU and FDA VME.
• PGAD-14684- Fixed bug to ensure that Entity Address Line 1 is mandatory for MF Entity type for FDA entries.
• PGAD-14810- Resolve issue where ONE USG was not going out if there was ANY FDA disclaim line on entry.
• PGAD-14851 (Ticket# 7618177)- Resolve issue where APHIS Core ePermits SO72 Message was generating false results.
• PGAD-14870- Resolve syntax check on FDA Establishment Identification (FEI) number to ensure that a number from 4-10N is accepted.
• PGAD-14680- Fix bug to ensure that Country field is mandatory in the PG20 record for FDA Radiation device entries.

ACE Cargo Release

• SE-8599 – (Validation rule) Additional Validation Rule: Reject a transaction if it is submitted with Delete action code without a Port of Entry.
• SE-8665 – On Cancel Requests, when filer sends port code, the port code was not getting stored into the database.
• SE-8657 – (Validation rule) Do Not Accept an Add transaction with the same entry number if the entry is already on file (does not matter whether entry is cancelled or not).
• SE-8628 – (Validation rule) Allow SCAC to be space filled based on MOT. SCAC code is conditional for the following MOT's: 32, 33, 34 and 60 (Automobile, Pedestrian, Road/other and Passenger/Hand-carry, respectively).
• SE-8669 – (Notification) Fixed SO message not getting sent for Cancel/Accepted request when shipment database record was locked.
• SE-8670 – (Notification) ITDS notification was being sent too early (before other steps completed) upon 'Entry Correction Accepted' and 'Entry Correction Rejected' conditions.

ACE Entry Summary Validations

• Ticket 7302348, 7518800/CES-6923: Modify Post-Summary Correction (PSC) Liquidation Status Restriction.
Ensure that the liquidation status of the ES (entry summary) on file is considered when a PSC is submitted. Note: This is a TEMPORARY adjustment to this validation while Liquidation is still occurring in ACS and accounts for the PSC Entry Type change rule. Once the deployment that transfers Liquidations into ACE occurs, the PSC Liquidation Status Restriction shall apply and completely replace the rule specified here.

• CES-6924: Modify Filing Action Request Code - A(dd), R(eplace), D(elete) - validations for PSC Entry Type Change Restrictions.
Ensure that a change to an Entry Type for the initial conventional-to-PSC transition or a Rejected ES PSC in CBP Control adheres to the restrictions. Below extract from business rules was not implemented correctly: A change from an Entry Type of ‘03’ to ‘06’ or a change from an Entry Type of ‘07’ to ‘06’ requires that the replacement ‘06’ contains at least one reference to an AD/CVD case. If such a case is present, then consider the Entry Type change as ‘OK’; else ‘No’.

• CES-6935: Multi-thread processing issue during validations of ACE ABI message header/trailer (AB-YZ records) that resulted in E42 ASF (ACE System Failure error).
A recurring issue in Prod, users were receiving a X31-REMOTE PREPARER NOT AUTHRZD FOR PORT error, but if resubmitted a few minutes later, with no data modification, the AE is successful.
