In recent months, a technical validation issue prevented the successful filing of a PSC to change an 03 entry type (AD/CVD) to a non-AD/CVD entry type. On April 6, 2017, a fix was deployed to the applicable validation and the ability to change an entry from 03 to a non-AD/CVD entry type via PSC is now available.
