Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION Outage Saturday evening, August 19, 2017 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, August 20, 2017.
ACE will perform infrastructure maintenance activities and the following ACE Deployment during this time:

• CAOM-11440: Disable CATAIR WP (in-bond) message action codes 8 and 9 for trade to provide standalone Prior Notice data to FDA. The ACE CATAIR replacement message set "PE/PX" for trade to submit Standalone Filing for Prior Notice data has been in use since March 9, 2017 (CSMS# 17-000129). Updated QP/WP (In-bond) Implementation Guide removing the prior notice submission capability can be found at the following link: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/bond
• CAOM-3479: AIR - Add destination FIRMS/Shed to 1F (CBP Local Transfer Authorized) Air status notification messages. The local transfer destination will display in the very first characters of the CBP Status Notification (CSN) segment's Remarks (1-20AN) field, with any additional Remarks concatenated afterwards.

• CAOM-8528: Removal of non-ISO compliant Mexican State/Province codes from valid usage on EDI manifest filings, as mentioned in CSMS # 17-000337.
• CAOM-11560: Ticket# 8633012 - Fix "RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED" issue when trade submitted Permit To Transfer (PTT) or In-bond EDI event advisory messages in the following sequence: Arrival + Arrival Cancel + Re-Arrival
• CAOM-11884: Ticket# 8835115 - Fix "RUN HAS BEEN TERMINATED" issue when trade attempted to add or re-add a Withdrawal or non-automated BOL via a QP Long (in-bond) transaction, and Entry was already on file for that BOL.
• CAOM-11569: Tickets# 7587072, 8355616 - Truck in-bond arrival submitted via an EDIFACT CUSREP transaction was accepted but did not post to the shipment.
