The following ACE Entry Summary functionality deployed to PRODUCTION on Thursday, December 28, 2017:
• CES-8986: ABI AE PSC (Entry Summary Post-Summary Correction) replace transaction should be prevented for summaries with open Validation Activity (VA).
ABI AE PSC replace transactions were incorrectly accepted when summary had open VA. Summary should have been rejected with condition "B59 PSC NOT ALLOWED - UNDER CBP REVIEW."
