This morning FDA experienced a delay in processing for all prior notice submissions. The issue has been resolved but it will take a few hours for the backlog to clear. FDA will issue a message when the backlog has completely cleared.
When a PNSI confirmation number submitted today after approximately 9:15 AM is linked to an entry, the delay is causing a reject due to “Invalid PNC Number”. Once FDA resolves the delay in processing, the PNSI prior notice confirmation numbers will no longer reject for “Invalid PNC Number.” A PGA correction may be performed to resolve the rejected entry once the backlog is cleared.
ACE standalone prior notice confirmation numbers are not causing a reject when linked to an entry.
