As announced in CSMS# 18-000380, with this coming weekend's deployment to ACE PRODUCTION on Saturday, JULY 28, 2018, the hex '15' character will be used as the only segment delimiter character in ACE TRUCK MANIFEST ANSI X.12 transmissions to the Trade - specifically, the 997 (Functional Acknowledgement), 350 (Customs Status Notifications) and 355 (Customs Manifest Acceptance/Rejection) response messages.
ACE Truck Manifest trading partners who transmit using an ANSI X.12 format were highly encouraged in CSMS 18-000380 to test in the ACE Certification environment to ensure their ability to consume CBP's response messages.
