This update includes modifications made as a result of the United States Trade Representative's Notice of Action Pursuant to Section 301: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation published on August 16, 2018, and effective on August 23, 2018.

Modifications were also made to support PGA Message Set functionality.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2018 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are included as well.
