THE CUSTOMS DATA CENTER HAS INSTALLED TWELVE (12) MEASURED BUSINESS
SERVICE LINES FROM THE LOCAL TELEPHONE COMPANY. THESE LINES ARE FOR ABI
AND AMS USERS IN THE EVENT OF AN OUTAGE IN SPRINT'S NETWORK. THE USER
(BROKER OR CARRIER) PAYS MEASURED BUSINESS SERVICE RATES FOR THE USE OF
THESE LINES. THE NUMBER IS (703) 440-1415.

IF THE USER ENCOUNTERS A "BUSY" SIGNAL, TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES.
IF STILL BUSY, CALL THE CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE OR THE HELP DESK AT
(800) 927-8729 OR (703) 440-6000. THERE ARE THREE (3) LINES/MODEMS ALWAYS
AVAILABLE ON "HOT STANDBY". THE OTHER 9 LINES MUST BE MANUALLY ACTIVATED.
IN THE EVENT OF A WIDE AREA OUTAGE, THE HELP DESK WILL INITIATE ACTIVATION
OF THE OTHER NINE (9) LINES, WHICH TAKES ABOUT THRITY (30) MINUTES. ONCE
ADDITIONAL MODEMS ARE ACQUIRED, ALL TWELVE (12) LINES WILL BE AVAILABLE
FOR EMERGENCY BACKUP WITHOUT MANUAL INTERVENTION.
