The ESAR A2.2 Federal Register Notice was published on August 26, 2008 (see 73 FR 50337 - attached). ABI trade volunteers interested in submitting eligible type 01 and 11 entries for this test were asked to provide CBP with the number of expected ACE entry summaries that will be submitted to the each of the locations specified in the Notice. This is a reminder that anyone interested in participating in this planned test is required to submit their comments by October 27, 2008. Comments concerning this notice and indication of interest in participation in this test should be submitted via e-mail to Janet Pence at ESARinfoinbox@dhs.gov. Please indicate ‘‘ESAR II Federal Register Notice’’ in the subject line of your email.
