In order for PGA data filers to transition to ACE, please follow the link below to read each agency's specific requirements for participating in the pilots in the document titled "PGA Pilot Information and Points of Contact."
This CSMS message supersedes all previous CSMS messages regarding instructions on how to participate in the PGA pilots. The document titled "PGA Pilot Information and Points of Contact" includes updates to the instructions for APHIS (Core), EPA, and TTB. Additionally, there are updates to the contacts throughout the documents. Please, ensure you're notifying the most current contacts.

Please note that these instructions are valid until March 21, 2016, unless additional updates are required prior to this date. If you do not see an updated CSMS on or before this date, please contact Steve Zaccaro at steven.j.zaccaro@cbp.dhs.gov for updated instructions. This is a fast moving pilot and requirements are likely to change, which necessitates continuous updates.
