**All Cargo Release transactions will be required to be filed in ACE on or before February 28, 2016. Any transaction requiring FDA, NHTSA, or APHIS-Lacey Act data must include this data on the ACE transaction by this date. ALL FILERS should be filing these transactions in ACE IMMEDIATELY! Please, see the link below for specific requirements for each PGA Pilot.
This CSMS message supersedes all previous CSMS messages regarding instructions on how to participate in the PGA pilots and may include updates and additional information, as noted in the next paragraph. This message will be valid until February 1, 2016, unless updated instructions are available sooner. Please, follow this guidance to participate in any of the PGA pilot programs.
There is one update to from CSMS 16-000034. APHIS - Lacey Act transactions will no longer require a pilot call to monitor submissions. Filers may now submit these transactions at any time. Note that APHIS - Core transactions still require a pilot call for each filing at this time. Please see the PGA Pilot documentation for all PGA Pilot instructions.
