**All Cargo Release transactions will be required to be filed in ACE on or before February 28, 2016. Any transaction requiring FDA, NHTSA, or APHIS-Lacey Act data must include this data on the ACE Cargo Release transaction by this date. All filers should be filing these transactions in ACE IMMEDIATELY!
This CSMS message supersedes all previous CSMS messages regarding instructions on how to participate in the PGA pilots and may include updates and additional information, as noted in the next paragraph. This message will be valid until January 18, 2016. Please, follow this guidance to participate in any of the PGA pilot programs.
There are not significant changes from CSMS 16-000007. The only change is the correction of FDA Disclaimers in the document explaining each PGA, which can be found in the link below. However, the new documents should provide a cleaner, more concise explanation of the PGA pilots and the requirements.

This is a fast moving pilot and requirements are likely to change, which necessitates the continuous updates.
