**All Cargo Release transactions will be required to be filed in ACE on or before February 28, 2016. Any transaction requiring FDA, NHTSA, or APHIS-Lacey Act data must include this data on the ACE Cargo Release transaction by this date. ALL FILERS should be filing these transactions in ACE IMMEDIATELY!
This CSMS message supersedes all previous CSMS messages regarding instructions on how to participate in the PGA pilots and may include updates and additional information, as noted in the next paragraph. This message will be valid until February 1, 2016, unless updated instructions are available sooner. Please, follow this guidance to participate in any of the PGA pilot programs.
There are no changes to the PGA Pilot instructions from CSMS 16-000023 at this time. Please see the PGA Pilot documentation for instructions.

Please note that these instructions are valid only until February 1, 2016. This is a fast moving pilot and requirements are likely to change, which necessitates continuous updates.
